Welcome to Aginsi. By creating an account or using aginsi.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Aginsi reads documents and media you provide — articles, papers, PDFs, video transcripts — and produces summaries with highlighted key points. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
2. Your account & sources
You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least 16. You confirm you have the right to submit any source you provide. We do not store your source documents (see our Privacy Policy); we retain only the summaries you choose to save.
3. Summaries are an aid
Aginsi produces machine-generated summaries to assist your reading. They may omit nuance or contain errors and are not a substitute for reading the source where accuracy matters. You remain responsible for verifying anything you rely on, and for respecting the copyright of sources you summarise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Aginsi for unlawful purposes, to submit content you have no right to use, or to circumvent the Service’s fees or security.
5. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on a summary. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
